How long will it last?Permanent jewellery can last for many years, but it’s important to remember that it’s still fine jewellery and not indestructible. A strong pull or snag could cause it to break, but we’ll help you find a good fit to reduce this risk. If it does break, keep your chain and we can re-weld it for you.

Will It Tarnish or Turn My Skin Green?We are very selective about the materials we use for permanent jewellery. Our 14k gold-filled chain is highly resistant to tarnishing, making it an excellent choice. However, in rare cases, factors like body pH and prolonged exposure to chemicals may cause some tarnish. To keep your jewellery clean and sparkly, simply wash it with mild soap and water.

What is Your Permanent Jewellery Reweld Policy?The minimalist design and convenience of permanent jewellery make it perfect for everyday wear. However, these delicate pieces can sometimes break. All permanent jewellery comes with a 30 Day warranty to resize or reweld, if your chain break at the jump ring weld point. Please note that we are only able to offer this if you still have the chain. If your bracelet, anklet, or necklace: Gets caught on something Breaks at the link Stretches We will do our best to repair it for you for a small fee. Contact us at luxe.links@outlook.com to discuss your needs or to arrange a reweld. If we cannot repair the chain or if you prefer a different style, we will offer you a discount on a replacement chain. Please note, Luxe Links Jewellery is not liable for lost chains. What if I Need/ Want to Take it Off?You can remove your jewellery with scissors or nail clippers by cutting the welded jump ring. Save the chain, and we can re-weld it for you later if you wish.
